GROUP
ECONOMIC INTELLIGENCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION CYCLE
The Alliance Économie Group, a major player in economic intelligence for the construction cycle, brings together all consulting and construction economics activities within its AEm and Alliance Économie entities.
With offices in Paris, Rennes, Lyon and Montpellier, the group has a workforce of 55 people with complementary training and skills (engineers, architects, economists, etc.). Specific methodologies have been developed to translate architectural and all trades visions, which are essential for the budgetary consistency and optimisation of construction projects (new builds and renovations).
The Group offers a wide range of services, from consulting/economic project management assistance to financial monitoring of construction sites, for complete control of budgetary commitments.
Innovation is our credo, driven by a dedicated entity, AEinov, which develops innovative approaches to the economic impact of decarbonisation and data management (development of digital platforms).
Our desire for independence allows us to support both the project owner and the design team and to regularly position ourselves in arbitration and the search for overall balance between the programme, architectural signature and budget.
