The Alliance Économie group, a major player in economic intelligence for the construction cycle, brings together all of its construction consulting and economics activities within its AEm and Alliance Économie entities. With a strong presence in Paris, Rennes, Lyon and Montpellier, the group has a workforce of 50 people with complementary training and skills (engineers, economists, architects, etc.), who work together to translate architectural and technical visions across all trades (TCE), which are essential to the budgetary consistency and optimisation of construction projects, whether for new buildings or renovations.

Drawing on innovative and proven methodologies and its expertise, Alliance Économie is committed to providing rigorous analyses and tailor-made solutions for each construction project, thus ensuring optimal management of construction costs and impeccable quality of workmanship. The Group offers a wide range of services, from cost management, economic project management assistance (AMO) to financial monitoring of construction sites, ensuring complete control of budgetary commitments and total transparency at all stages of the building project.

Innovation is an integral part of the group’s DNA, driven by a dedicated entity (AE Inov’) that develops innovative approaches to the economic impact of decarbonisation and data management (development of digital platforms). This branch of the group is dedicated to researching and implementing digital technologies and collaborative work processes, in order to anticipate trends in the construction sector and offer solutions adapted to current environmental challenges.
